Shipping

Every order ships from Berlin with DHL. Rates are per order, whatever the size.

Orders placed before 12:00 CET on a working day leave the same day. Heavy or oversized pieces (tables, large mirrors, chandeliers) ship by DHL Freight; the rate shows at checkout and we'll confirm a delivery date by email.

Import charges outside the EU

Orders to the United Kingdom, Switzerland and other countries outside the EU may incur import VAT, duties and a handling fee from the carrier, payable on delivery. These charges are set by your country and are in addition to the price you pay us.

Holiday ordering deadlines 2026

For delivery before 24 December, order by 10 December (UK & Switzerland), 15 December (EU) or 18 December (Germany). We'll update these dates here if DHL changes its cut-offs.

Tracking

You'll receive a DHL tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused item in its original packaging. Send it to FLEX. Logistik / FUND, Jakob-Uffrecht-Straße 16-18, 39340 Haldensleben, Germany, with your order number inside. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.
