A stand that appears to float above the surface it sits on.

The Hover heat stand appears to levitate, a thin disc of red silicon toped with a steel grid that sits a controlled distance above the table, just enough to cast a shadow and imply a gap. It distributes heat safely away from any surface. Stable under the heaviest cast iron, unobtrusive enough to remain on a set table.
