Gravity - Centerpiece - Pompidou

A surface that appears to obey different laws of physics.

Commissioned by the Centre Pompidou in Paris. The largest version of the Pompidou Gravity series.

At this scale, the Gravity Large Centrepiece becomes an event in a room. Commissioned exclusively by the Centre Pompidou, it translates the museum's red and blue façade into the largest expression of the Gravity series, a warped grid that shifts from square to diamond, changes colour with the viewing angle, and fills a table or sideboard with considered authority.

Material:
High-gloss varnished stainless steel in Pompidou red and blue. Made in Italy, assembled by hand in Berlin. Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
