SIMPLE, DELICIOUS FOOD TO PREPARE WITH LOVE

This dish is simply exquisite when made with fresh ingredients, nothing is better.
But today, we're going to reveal how it can be made with the kind of ingredients you can keep at home, on standby, so you can whip up a wonderful dish in a flash without even popping out to the shops.
1 packet of frozen salmon fillets
250ml of cream (UHT treated if you must)
1 portion of frozen dill
1 portion of frozen mixed herbs (parsely, chives, etc)
Simply arrange the salon fillets in a bowl, pour over the cream, bake in the oven for 20 minutes, take out, stir, add the herbs and good bit of salt, return to the oven for another 20 minutes, or when the salmon begins to flake.
Serve it on a bed of fluffy quinoa with some green beans or steamed courgettes.
